Bamboo is a significant useful nature material. It grows very fast and has a lot of qualities that make it useful for building and industrial design. In this project, we went to the south of China together with students who majored in architecture, to learn the basic information about bamboo and explore more possibilities of using bamboo.

Time shelter is an architectural concept for people in the open nature area. The idea is to use different bamboo weaving patterns to create different shadows on the ground. The adjustable shelter can indicate the time change as well as fulfill the function of sun protection.
